Police Stations

Towns will usually have Police Stations which are amply defended themselves. These serve as Di Ravello's mini-fortresses and you have to complete sub-challenges or objectives before you can clear them. To completely overtake a hostile Police Station, you have to raise the Havoc Meter to 100% and open the gate(s) for rebel elements to enter the area and help occupy it.

Opening the gates are quite simple. Just approach the marked panel and interact with it. Rebel forces will come flooding in, helping you deal with the hostile forces. Take note however that some stations have multiple gates. In that case, you have to unlock all of them.

Filling the Havoc Meter is also another affair. Take note that this meter will only be filled for destruction caused within the station itself. Any destruction you incurred outside won't be counted towards the Havoc Meter. Most of the time, police stations have military assets themselves so start destroying those. If your meter still isn't full, continue causing mayhem by destroying parked vehicles, destructible objects, heck even the actual walls surrounding the station.

Some police stations also have prisoners you can release. It doesn't matter if they die as soon as they escape, what counts is that you open their prison cells and free them.

Attacking a police station on foot (or any defended location for that matter) will be quite troublesome so it's always recommended to use armed vehicles for your assault. Cause enough mayhem to increase your Heat Level and force the enemies to deploy attack helicopters. Now hijack those helis by grappling towards them and taking over them. Take note that having the capability to rain down death from the sky doesn't make you invulnerable. The enemies below can still damage your chopper and cause it to crash. Remember to bail out or hijack another chopper when that happens.

Monitoring System

In some towns, there are monitoring systems composed of several monitors deployed around the area. In this challenge, you have to disable all monitors before time runs out. The quickest way to do this is to use a combination of grappling, using the parachute, or gliding using your wingsuit. It's advisable to start with monitor with the higher elevation then work your way down. If all monitors are in the same level at least, consider planning your route ahead before starting the challenge.

Bavarium Excavators

You'll find these huge, monstrous mining machines in the Bavarium mining fields. They are usually heavily defended and destroying them requires destroying smaller key parts. Excavators have external generators, four on each side. Take note that the whole platform where the generators are placed will also explode after destroying the last generator so it's advisable to detonate them from a safe distance.

Sometimes, destroying the generators alone won't be enough to wreck the excavator. You also have to destroy its drilling arm as well. The excavator arm has red extension bars and a motor connected at the end.
