Olympia’s first Pokémon is Sigyliph, it is part-flying type so it can resist Bug-type moves. Take advantage of its weaknesses as a Flying-type as well. As for Slowking, it is best to hit it with a physical move as it has a high Sp. Def. X-Scissor and Shadow Claw are recommended moves. The last Pokémon is Meowstic. Seeing as your rival has a Meowstic as well, it shouldn’t be hard for you to deal with this one. It usually uses Fake Out on the first turn.
As you defeat the gym leader, you will be awarded the Psychic Badge. This badge will enable all Pokémon LV90 and below to obey you. She will also give you TM04 Calm Mind.
She will then offer to transport you back to the entrance. Exit the gym and your rival will challenge you to a rematch. Before the battle can be held, you will receive a Holo Clip from Lysandre, and he will tell you of his diabolical scheme. Your rival will want to put a stop to this and ask you to look for Team Flare’s base. Your next stop will be Lumiose City.
