Hi....DBZbm...you don't need a key....it took me a bit to figure it out.....where the police officer is standing at the barricade you can see the wall with chain link on top....it has a sign talking about a warning for explosives in that area....stand back and throw a piece of dynamite towards the sign....when it blows it will blow the back door out.....the cops will flee....go around to the back door and it will be gone....beware there will be deadites coming out....there you will get the pass for the tv station door...good luck!!!
