09. Cabela's Dangerous Hunts Series
While it is true that the games have guns in them, they are not shooters. At least not by the usually accepted meaning of that genre title.
Picture in your mind a variety of classic hunting scenarios -- the Serengeti, any number of different mountain settings, the plains -- then insert any variety of large game that ranges from big trophy animals that will cost you a mint to have a taxidermist preserve for you but that, well, pose no risk at all to you as long as you have a large bore rifle.... But wait, we are not done.
Now picture any variety of big but very dangerous beasts -- Lions and Tigers and Bears! Oh My! -- Beasts that will STILL cost you a mint to have preserved and displayed but that will also go out of their way (if given the chance) to kill you horribly -- and you get the idea!
Now consider this - the games appear to be using the same game engine with only mildly detectible updates so that when you slot it, it is like going back in time to game (and we don't really mean that in a good way), so what you end up with is, well, cheesy!
So cheesy it is bad cheesy. So cheesy Chester would cringe. And yet so bad it is good!

Where is big rigs, how could you make a list of so bad it's good games without having big rigs?
Anyone who thinks ANY Duke Nukem game is bad simply doesnt get the joke, period. Yes hes outdated, yes, so are the jokes, yes hes a sexist, chauvinist, loudmouthed, smoking, drinking pig but who cares HES THE KING BABY. Duke Nukem was, is and will always be hilarious and IMO Forever was a damn good game. It had great puzzles, mini-sections (monster truck driving, mini duke, "rail shooting," etc), HILARIOUS voice acting by the whole cast and lots of things that you wouldnt expect a game that took 12 years and 5 redesigns to have. Duke Nukem is great because he just doesnt care about being politically correct or offensive, but it hearkens back to the good-ol-days where the only "story" a game had was that the women of earth were taken by aliens, and Duke will NOT stand for that. Everyone was expecting this groundbreaking game but thats just not what this was supposed to be. This was a modern throwback to a great character when games and their characters were simpler (and awesome.)

Goat Sim is a bad/good game that's true, but on the whole it lacks the sort of attraction level that will keep you coming back, which is why it did not score higher on our list.
