Before he can go Ultra, he's got to start as a cover legendary with Ultranecrozium Z equipped. I choose Dawn Wings Necrozma, thanks to his better Special Attack. The set I'm using features STAB (of course) and Flash Cannon to deal with Xerneas, as well as Calm Mind, which you can use once or twice in Dawn Wings form to bolster your defenses before transforming into your almighty offensive form. Behold, the wielder of light himself in his true form!
