Question for Dream League Soccer 2016

I download dream league 2019 on my Airtel a15 and can't play it, does not load to the menu then it stop on it's own?

Please make sure that you're running the latest version of your game by visiting your App Store / Play Store and verifying there are no available updates. Playing the latest version of our games ensures that you'll have all of the most recent updates. If there are no updates available for your game, please try these troubleshooting steps:

Reminders: Be sure that your game is saved to a Google play or iCloud account before doing these steps to avoid progression lost.

1. Go to your devices File Manager and free up at least 500mb of internal memory space.
2. Then, go to Settings - App Manager - DLS app - then click “Clear Data”
3. Turn any other apps off so that they are no longer running in the background of your device.
4. Turn your device off and wait 10 seconds before you turn it back on.
5. Open your DLS app then go to Settings in-game - Advanced - Graphics Settings - then set your FPS to 30 and Graphics to Low or Medium.

To update your Android devices:
1. Open the Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap the search button icon in the top and then type “Dream League Soccer”.
3. Click Update.

To update your iOS devices:
1. Open the App Store app on your device.
2. Tap your account on the upper right of your screen.
3. Click Dream League Soccer to update.
