What are Visitors in Animal Crossing: New Horizons? These are Villagers who appear on your Island once a week and they offer different kinds of services, there are also visiting villagers who appear at random as well. In this guide, we’ll discuss how you’ll get to have visitors on your island.
In order to get majority of the visitors on the island, you’ll have to complete certain requirements first. The following instances must be achieved, we have linked our corresponding guide pages as well for more information on how to do them:
Upgrade Resident Services from its tent status
Help Timmy and Tommy set up Nook’s Cranny
Unlock the Bridge and invite more villagers to live on your island
Once all of these requirements have been met, you’ll start to have visitors on your Island. Some visitors however, may already appear once Nook’s Cranny is set up. Having the milestones above will ensure that all kinds of visitors can arrive.
There are numerous villagers that visit your island each week. Some visitors appear at random as well. Here, we shall be listing the visitors and what they can provide during their stay.
She’s a visitor who’ll appear at random per week, and her visits are temporary. She’ll visit your island and sell fashion items. Mabel will only appear after you have encountered her at Nook’s Cranny. She will eventually decide to live on your island in order to set up her shop with Sable called Able Sisters.
Label is Mable and Sable’s youngest sister; she visits your island once a week at random in order to hone on her fashion skills. She will ask you to wear a specific outfit theme, and she’ll give you some clothing to go with it. Once you have provided the look for her, she’ll reward you with a Tailor’s Ticket the next day that you can use at Able Sisters.
Kicks is a Skunk with a yellow outfit and he will visit your island once a week at random. He will set up shop in order to sell you shoes, socks, and bag items.
Daisy Mae is a Boar that carries around turnips on top of her head. She visits every Sunday, and she sells Turnips. You can get turnips as much as you want, and you can sell these at Nook’s Cranny depending on their price. The turnip prices change each week with Daisy Mae and Nook’s Cranny. The turnips can also spoil if you spend more than 2 days with it on your inventory.
Saharah is a Camel that sells rugs, flooring, and wallpaper and appears once a week at random She sells mysterious versions so you won’t know the pattern that you’ll get. Her rugs also come in three sizes that you choose from. She gives tickets for purchases you made, and you can exchange 5 tickets for an item of your choice from her.
Flick is red Chameleon that catches insects. He appears once a week at random, and you’ll find him going around in your island. He purchases insects at a higher price than Nook’s Cranny. You can also exchange 3 insects with him and he’ll provide you with a figure of the insect in return.
C.J. is a Beaver that catches fish. He appears once a week at random, and you’ll find him going around in your island. He purchases fish at a higher price than Nook’s Cranny. You can also exchange 3 fish with him and he’ll provide you with a model of the fish in return.
Celeste is an Owl and she’s Blathers’ younger sister. She appears on a night with clear sky where a meteor shower might occur which is random. She provides you with recipes that use Star Fragments after you wish upon a star.
Gulliver is a Pelican that can be found washed ashore at random. Each time you wake him up, you’ll have to help him find his communicator parts in order for him to get back with his crew. Completing this 30 times will give you the Golden Shovel recipe.
Wisp is a Spirit that appears randomly at night. Each time you see him, he’ll get spooked out and you’ll have to help him find his 5 spirit pieces that you need to catch with a net. Once you return the spirit pieces to him, he’ll give you an award of your choice: a furniture that you don’t own, or an expensive furniture.
K.K. Slider is a Dog that will appear every Saturday at the Plaza from 6 pm onward. In order for him to visit your island, you’ll have to complete Project K. He’ll take requests for songs which will play the game’s end credits. After that, he’ll give that song to you that you can keep.
