How To Defeat Boss Hedlok

Out of all the Fighters found within Arms, Hedlok will no doubt be the one to give players the most troubles. Unlike every single other character, Hedlok actually is given two set of three Arms each, for a grand total of six Arms at once. Even though each set of Arms will be identical to each other, this makes Hedlok truly difficult to defeat. On top of this, Hedlok has a Rush Attack that sends an explosive blast from him mouth, one possible of doing 500 damage if it hits just right!

Since Hedlok has so many Arms, players can't recklessly attempt to attack it since one of its sets of Arms will easily deflect them. This scheme not only makes Hedlok extremely difficult to damage, but it also leaves a player susceptible to punches after theirs are blocked. So, rather than haphazardly attempting to defeat Hedlok using their power alone, players will need use their brains and slowly damage Hedlok the old fashion way. This means a player will have to do their ultimate best at constantly dodging and blocking all of Hedlok's throws and grabs - as well as its devastating Rush Attack - wisely throwing a quick punch or two whenever they have a small opening.

Usually, the goal when facing Boss Hedlok is not to defeat it, but rather to outlast it in terms of health until the timer for each round runs out. It's hardly the most impressive, sexiest form of fighting, but it gets the job done. Hedlok is the toughest character in the entire game, so outlasting it in two out of three rounds is an accomplishment in itself.
