How to Build a Strong Team in Bleach: Immortal Soul

To successfully progress through Bleach: Immortal Soul it is essential that you build a strong team that is able to deal with the foes that they will meet during their journey to restore oder to the Soul Society. Check out our How to Build a Strong Team guide to get help putting together a team.

Progress Through Story Mode

Play through story Mode stages as much as you can regardless if you finish them with 1, 2, or 3 stars. You have the option to come back anytime and re-play a stage to finish it with 3 stars. Playing Story Mode will enable you to get Uryu Ishida, Chad, and 2 more forms of Ichigo. These are all good characters that you can use until you get some stronger ones.

Unlock More Characters

There are several ways you can obtain more characters in Bleach: Immortal Soul. One of these is summoning them using the Summon option which can be found in the bottom left corner of the main game interface. When you select this feature you will be presented with two optons: Soul Jade Summon and Gold Summon. Other ways of unlocking characters is earning character shards which you can earn by completing Missions and Participating in Events. Check out our How to Summon Guide to find out everything you need to know about summoning characters in Bleach: Immortal Soul.

Daily Quests

Try to complete your list of daily tasks in order to get the free loot you recieve from them as it will help you to improve your characters. The daily tasks can be found at the bottom right side of the main game interface above the 'Fight' button and will refresh every 24 hours.

Team Formation

When putting together your team you should try not to have more than 3 attackers (the red sword icon) on your team as these characters tend to be squishy and need to be placed in the back row so they are protected. Tank characters (yellow shield) should be placed in the front row due to their ability to soak up damage while your skill characters (blue shoe) can be placed wherever, which will be determined on how your lineup works.
