Kingsport Lighthouse

The workshop workbench is found inside the lighthouse itself. There’s an weapons workbench beside it as well. When you’re clearing this for a “Taking Point” quest, you’ll encounter Children of Atom enemies here. On the top of the lighthouse, there’s a red steamer trunk and a trapped Glowing One.

This workshop’s territory extends up to the dock, allowing you to build Water purifiers. There’s ample farming land and there’s a cottage which you can conveniently place Beds on. The cottage has a terminal, Advanced wallsafe by the kitchen, and a laser tripmine on the staircase to the second floor.

The wooden walkway leading to the boathouse has a mini-nuke in the middle. The boat in the dock has an Advanced safe inside.
