This is a medium-sized facility with lots of high ground. Make sure to scout ahead from the hillside north of the outpost to tag all enemies, especially those on the rooftops and walkways of the factory. Sneak through the broken fence behind the factory and start picking off lone guards. There are a lot of easy targets here that will walk around at the back. You can even leave a corpse to draw some of their attention for easy takedowns.

After getting rid of the nearby guards on the ground, take the ladder near the wooden pallets to reach the roof of the main building. This spot will take you to a safe position that will allow you to sneak behind the lookdouts and assassinate them while gaining access to the two alarms. Pick off the guard sitting near the alarm then disable it afterward. Climb the next ladder and take out the other lookout facing the front of the factory.

Next, take out the other lookout by the second alarm and finish off the remainder of the guards in the area to successfully liberate the area.
