Introduction

Hello, I decided to make this review to see if anyone was wondering if this was a good game to play and the fact that this was the best game I've ever played on DS. I thought the storyline was very classic and fun. The dialog is witty at times and get you pondering about certain things like "Why does he want zombie powder!? It just said it would kill him!" The storyline was kind of short though. But it explains everything you should know. Alright, let's start this review!

Graphics

For a DS game the graphics are pretty good, and the scion's animation is really cool to see. I love how things blow up when you hit them with a Ultima attack such as Ultima Sword. I didn't like the fact that you couldn't rotate the camara in any way. I have to give the graphics a 9/10.

Sound

The sound effects were pretty cool to hear. The music in the game is G-R-E-A-T! I was humming the tunes all the time because they was so great! Whoever made the music knew exactly to compose. At sad parts in the conversation, you got (usally) sad music! Fights got...well,fighting music! 10/10 because mainly for music.

Gameplay

If you like stragey, you get it in a new way! You have to be a smart battler to win. You have to obey a law in every battle. They could not effect you at all or could cause you to either break the law, and sometimes hardly scratch by! Just be a smart battler! I say I would give it a 9.6/10 because there some VERY annyoing battles because of "stress under the laws"

Lastability

You get only 2 diffculty modes: Normal and Hard. Normal is for people who just started video games, just started this game, or for players that can't take Hard mode on. Hard is for veterans of the game who know almost everything you could possibly know, people who think they are all that(only to get murdered in the first real quest),and people who think Normal is too easy. There are 30+ Jobs to take in the game, such as Solider,Palidin,Dragoon,Trickters,Chocobo knights, and tons more! So you can play the game many times over and choose different "teams" through the game. A battle will always be different!(unless you are lv.70 and go fight lv.10's! Hehehe :-])So gear up and go nuts! 10/10 for several choices and play styles.

Overall

I loved the gameplay, graphics, and sound so much. I beat the game on Normal in less than 24 hours at lv.53 or so playing it non-stop. Now I'm on Hard with 250+ quest out of 300 quests to do at lv.71! I just could'nt put it down! If you play this game and/or buy it, in my opinion, you spent your money wisly! 9.9/10 for overall.

Final Score: 98%
