This common tool teleports you to the gear shop without the need to wall. This is a permanent purchase and can be used all the time.

- Praying Mantis (Mythical)
- 1.51x variant chance during prayer every 79.64s. Greatly improves rare fruit generation. Perfect for mutation farming.
- A-Tier
Not quite as good as the S-tier but still great pets.
- Polar Bear (Legendary)
- 10.19% chance to freeze nearby fruit. Interesting mechanic, but the freeze effect may slow growth.
- Catepillar (Mythical)
- 1.51x faster growth for leafy plants in a radius. Excellent if you specialize in leafy crops.
- Giant Ant (Mythical)
- 10.23% chance to harvest duplicate fruits. Extra fruits, especially rare ones, directly increase your garden's output.
- B-Tier
These are average pets that you should look to replace with something better.
- Sea Otter (Legendary)
Randomly waters a nearby plant every 118.94s. Good for passive growth support, but random.
- Turtle (Legendary)
- Snail (Mythical)
- 5.11% extra chance for seed drops on harvest. Seed boost is minor; better options exist.
- Cow (Legendary)
- Silver Monkey (Legendary)
- 7.66% chance to refund harvested fruit. Helpful for keeping rare fruits without regrowing them.
- Orange Tabby (Rare)
- C-Tier
These are below average pets that need to be replaced as soon as possible.

- Boosts fruit size (1.25x) within 10.19 studs during nap. A fun and consistent way to improve fruit yield in focused areas.
- Monkey (Rare)
- D-Tier
The worst pets in the game.
- Dog (Common)
- 5% chance to dig up a seed every 60s. Outclassed by the Golden Lab in every way.
- Deer (Uncommon)
- 2.55% chance for berry fruit to stay after harvest. Good if you're farming berries specifically.
- Rooster (Rare)

- Increases Egg Hatch Speed. Essential for speeding up your pet collection over time.
- Bunny (Common)

How to Trade in Grow a Garden
There is not a default built-in trading system in Grow a Garden. Trading crops or pets with other players is achieved by using the gifting feature. To trade with another player you both need to be on the same server, then simply approach the other player and press the 'E' button when the prompt appears to give an item or recieve on from them.
Keep in mind that trading in Grow a Garden is based on trust so it is advised that you find reliable players through the looking-for-fruits channels on the Grow a Garden Discord. Doing this will reduce your risk of being scammed.
Grow a Garden Cooking Guide
Cooking in this game involves gathering the required ingredients and taking them to the cooking area of the lobby. Then press the 'E' button on your keyboard when you are near the cooking pot and submit the requested ingredients. On your left will be a board indicating the time it will take to cook the recipe. If everything is correct, click the green 'COOK' button under the pot to begin the process of cooking your food. Once it is done, go near the pot and press the 'E' button on your keyboard to claim the food.
