You’ll be paying a visit to the Haitian gang’s shantytown and arrive via water. Swim to the dock and enter stealth/stalk mode by crouching down. There are three guards in the docks and taking them out one by one will make things a whole lot easier for you. First, take out the first guard on the right side of the dock then throw his body in the water to turn him to gator food.

Creep to the next guard and take him out as well while the roving guard is looking away. Once done, sneak behind the roving guard and take him out as well. Enter the first house then go downstairs. There’s an Automat SG in there beside some crates.

Go back upstairs and continue to the exit ahead. There are two conversing guards outside. Stay put and wait until one of them leaves. Now hide behind the nearest cover and whistle to draw the lone guard’s attention to take him down.

The shanty area has several rooms with medicine cabinets. They will appear in your minimap or your main map when they’re in your immediate vicinity. There are plenty of cover here so proceed as you see fit. Whistling will be your great and reliable way of eliminating the guards one by one.

If ever you alarmed the enemies of your presence and they start searching, there are fixed locations in the map where they’ll thread as part of their pre-determined search path. One of such is right after the first shack to the left where you first got the whistling ability/tutorial. You can hide there and let the enemies come to you and ambush them one by one. I managed to clear all the available guards at this point of the game using this method.

Now make your way to the church where Baka is located, approach the door, then kick the door open. He’ll be standing right across you so you can either fire at him or take him out using your bare hands. Either way, after taking him out, a cutscene will take place and his captive will be released as well.

After the scene, Baka’s men will be alerted outside and you’ll have to fight your way through groups of Baka’s armed men. You’ll have access to the Molotov so pick one right in front of you then check out for a couple more of them. However, you can only carry two of them.

Guide Image

Once ready, head to the front porch and engage the enemies. Well-thrown molotovs can instantly kill several enemies and those not lethally injured will be distracted briefly by setting them ablaze. Take note that they also have molotovs so be prepared to change positions regularly.

Guide Image

Once the first group of enemies are thinned out, you can go back and grab the last molotov in the back room then start moving to the eastern side of town towards the gate. Make sure to pick up spare ammo from the corpses or swap them out as necessary. More enemies will arrive, including a gunman above the inner gate itself.

Guide Image

Continue to the next section and take them out procedurally; you can do this with guns blazing or you’ll take advantage of the many covers and take them out by stealth. The enemies will always try to flank you so make sure you're always ready to move and switch covers. Fight your way to the main gate and when you're near, Ellis will arrive with your ride so hop in and storm out of the place.

Follow the marker leading back to Sammy’s bar. Head inside to trigger a cutscene. You’ll learn that Sal Marcano himself wants to meet him in person in the country club. Mission ends and the next one starts.
