Go to the main menu, and highlight the item selection. Then, hold down either r1, l1, r2, or l2, and press o. You'll then enter the USO menu. #255 is blank, 9 is Young Cloud, and 10 is Sephiroth. This code is for the North American version of the game. I used it with a 2.1 version gameshark.
