if you want to get infinite caps do the following:

1:go to any shopkeeper Moira,Flak and Shrapnel etc...

2:make sure they have two of the same items ex:weapons,apparel.

3:buy the one with the poorest condition sell it back and repeat the process

note: it may not work the first few times so repeat the process
