Sand Pillar

Walkthrough: After using the flower to bounce to the next checkpoint, search for a row of pillars erupting just below. You'll have to watch closely, timing your jumps just right when each are extending upward to get by them. Once on the other side of them, take out the cacti for extra Coins before looking for the nearby pipe that will take you into the next 8-bit mural area. But before heading onward, don't forget to get the two Power Moons: one in the alcove of the ruins and the other in the hidden area in the flowing sands.

Even though you won't be able to capture and control the Bullet Bills with Cappy in the 8-bit version of yourself, it is much easier to dodge them in this form. Head to the left as you do in order to get the Purple Coins found in the corner, and them break through the block above you to hop out of the mural. As you continue to dodge the Bullet Bills after you do, you can obtain another Power Moon directly behind the wooden crates nearby. In order to pass these Bullet Bills, you must do the same as before by using platforms. You can also use Cappy again to control Bullet Bill to aid you in getting across to the other side.

On the next level of the area will be a large pillar that hides another 8-bit mural, one that wraps around the entire section. Enter the mural using the pipe, and then keep moving right while avoiding even more Bullet Bills. As you dodge the bullets, you can find more Purple Coins by dropping down and finding the hidden area to the left. Once you reach the end of the mural path, jump to the slow moving platform and duck any Bullet Bills to reach the top of the tower. A checkpoint will be waiting for you, as well as a Power Moon and a secret Power Moon (top of the mural).
