Go to Bowerstone market the town square

Go behind the potion shop to Monster Manor buy this place

Sleep in the bed when you wake up it will have increased

Your physics by 1star go to the abilitys menu go in strenght and unlearn it

Your star wont disapper but you will get the xp and it's general xp 2 spend on any ability so you can max yourself out works better if your a high level physics already so you get more xp bak when you unlearn it.
