Dawguard Faction -- A New Order
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dawnguard Walkthrough and Guide

Dawguard Faction -- A New Order
Now that the Order knows what is going on -- or at least part of it -- they have to plan their strategy... And it is complicated by the new vampire attacks against the HQ. To help them in dealing with this they need you to go out and recruit two new members: a Nord named Gunmar and a Breton named Sorine Jurard.
Recruiting Sorine Jurard
Sorine can be found to the west of Bruces Leap and east of Deep Fork Crossing (which is easy to get to her from), so fast travel to as close a location as you can to her marker and then hoof it or ride the rest of the way! When you speak to her she tells you that she and the leader are not exactly on friendly terms... But she has lost a satchel of Dwemer Gyros and needs one of them before she will agree to leave, so it is on you to find the bag.
Recruiting Two Powerful Allies for the Dawnguard
The large satchel of Dwemer Gyros is found near the river bank, a short distance to the south -- look near tree roots in the rock near the river. You could also use persuasion to immediately get her to go to Fort Dawnguard, but hey, why not find her Gyro?
Recruiting Gunmar
Gunmar will be found at whatever random location it was that was specified, and when you talk to him he tells you that he has been hunting a bear for two weeks and first he wants to kill it in order to prevent it from terrorizing the people in the area. You need to help him kill the bear to recruit him -- but after you help him kill it, he will head to Fort Dawnguard to see what Isran needs.
At the fort everyone gets tested to see if they are vampires -- if you are one you will need to get that cured like now, so follow the curing vampirism section if you need to... Otherwise you go in and Isran briefs the crew (sort of) and asks you to come up for a private chat... This completes the quest A NEW ORDER and flags the quest PROPHET.
