In Animal Crossing New Leaf there are 5 upgrades that the nookling stores get. As the upgrades go higher, more items are sold. This is the list of nookling stores:

Nookling Junction:
Opening hours - 8:00am-10:00pm.
Items sold - 2 tools, 2 furniture, 1 stationary, wrapping paper and 1 fortune cookie.

T&T Mart:
How to unlock - Spend 12,000 bells at Nookling Junction. Must be 7 days after you started your game.
Opening hours - 7:00am-Midnight.
Items sold - 3 tools, 3 furniture, 2 fortune cookies, 2 wallpaper, 2 carpet, 1 stationary, wrapping paper and 1 medicine.

Super T&T:
How to unlock - Spend 25,000 bells at T&T Mart. Must be 10 days since T&T Mart and The Garden Shop were built.
Opening hours - 9:00am-8:00pm.
Items sold - 3 tools, 3 furniture + 1 wall item, 2 fortune cookies, 2 wallpaper, 2 carpet, 2 stationary, wrapping paper, medicine and 1 melody card.

T.I.Y:
How to unlock - Spend 50,000 bells at Super T&T. Must be 21 days since Super T&T was built.
Opening hours - 10:00am-11:00pm.
Items sold - 4 tools, 5 furniture + 1 wall item, 2 fortune cookies, 1 song, 2 wallpaper, 2 carpet, wrapping paper, 2 stationary, 1 melody card, 2 flowers, 2 bushes and 1 tree.

T&T Europium:
How to unlock - Spend 100,000 bells at T.I.Y. You must also pass Gracie's fashion check 4 times. Must be 30 days since T.I.Y was built.
Opening hours - 9:00am-9:00pm.
Items sold - 5 tools, 2 stationary, wrapping paper, 1 medicine, 1 melody card, 1 fertilizer, 1 bamboo/persimmon, 1 tree, 2 bushes, 2 flowers, 2 songs, 10 furniture + 3 wall items, 3 wallpaper, 3 carpet, 6 shirts/dresses/pants/skirts, 2 pairs of shoes and 2 hats.
